Description
The two 500mm Saw Blades are mounted on 2.2KW Induction motors and are able to produce large capacity mitres from 45º internal to 20º external via the touchscreen controller. Three adjustable Pneumatic Clamps are mounted on each cutting head to ensures the material is held in place securely for higher accuracy cutting.
The Cutting Length, Blade Angle and Blade stroke is controlled via a 15.4″ Touchscreen running in a Windows CE environment. Pertici has designed the software to give ease of use for the operator so they can get cutting without any fuss. Cutting list can be imported to the controller which allows optimisation of the cutting cycle, reduce mistakes and reduce loading/unloading times.
