Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.

Do you have a showroom with your range of products?
Yes! We have a showroom at 1/12 Nyholt Drive Yatala, QLD, 4207. Our hours are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
Do you sell spare parts for your machines, I can’t see them on your website?
Yes! We sell a full range of Spare Parts for all our machines, we are currently working on bringing them to our website. In the mean time you can contact us on 1300 736 556 and we can help you the part you need.
I’m having trouble making a decision on what machine/accessory i need, can you help me?
Yes! We have very knowledgeable staff that can answer your questions and make sure you are looking at the right machine or accessory for your job.
What is the warranty on your products?
All our Yilmaz branded machines are covered by a 24month warranty, all other machines and accessories are covered by a 12 month warranty. For more information please read our terms and conditions here.
Does AMS offer service?
Yes! AMS Qld offers service on all AMS. Please contact us for more information.
How long will it take to ship my order?
If the item is in stock we can usually dispatch within 1-2 working days from receiving your order. Once the item is shipped you will receive tracking information from our shipping company. Find out more about our Shipping Policy here.
What is your refund policy?
If the item has been purchased in the last 14 days, in original packaging and in new condition we are usually more than happy to give a refund. If the item being returned is outside these conditions then it at the discretion of AMS to give a refund or not and a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Do you offer 30 day accounts?
Yes! If you want to apply for an account please contact us and we can send the relevant paperwork to be completed. Usually account applications take 1-2 weeks from approval. Please note that we do not offer accounts for capital equipment such as Machinery an the maximum account limit is $1500 per order.
Do you offer finance?
Yes! AMS offers finance through ASA Finance Group. If you wish to go this route then please let us know and we can get a Finance Consultant to contact you as soon as possible.
How do I purchase a machine?
If you wish to purchase a machine then please contact us and we can either send you a quote or we can give you a price over the phone. We will then issue you an invoice upon your quote or verbal approval which you can then pay for via Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card (1.5% surcharge applies) or Bank Transfer.
