Shipping Policy
DELIVERY COSTS
Standard Shipping cost within Australia: $20 (includes items under 5kg and under 250kg/Cubic Metre). Please note that we may use either TNT, Star Track, Couriers Please or Australia Post for this rate. Usually shipping times are 2-3 working days but this may be exceeded due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an item or combined items are over 250kg/cubic metre a new rate will be calculated via the TNT freight calculator on checkout. Please note that if you are not happy with this rate then another option will be given to obtain an “alternative quote” which we will then endeavour to find a cheaper shipping cost for you via another shipping supplier. We do not guarantee that a cheaper alternative will be found but we will do our best to do so.
Once your item/s are prepared and sent, you will be emailed tracking information from the shipping company it was sent with which you will then be able to click on to see the progress of your shipment.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
All orders sent within Australia require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the delivery driver will leave a note with instructions on how to obtain your package (usually from the shipping depot). If you request a redelivery you “may” be charged accordingly.
TO AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE / STAR TRACK DEPOT / COURIERS PLEASE PICK-UP POINT – please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, Luna Machinery Qld is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
