Full CNC Double-Head Aluminium Cutting
The Pertici CTE500 and CTE600 are CNC-controlled double-head cutting machines designed for accurate, efficient aluminium profile processing.
Both models feature a fixed left-hand cutting unit and CNC-controlled moving right-hand cutting unit, with electronic head rotation from 45° internal to 20° external. A 15″ touchscreen CNC controller provides straightforward machine operation and cutting control.
Available in two blade configurations:
CTE500 — 500mm saw blades
Ideal where the cutting capacity of a 500mm blade meets your production requirements.
CTE600 — 600mm saw blades
Provides increased blade capacity for larger profile cutting requirements.
Both models are available with 5m or 6m cutting lengths and combine CNC positioning, electronic head rotation and pneumatic profile clamping for efficient, consistent production.
