The SCM420 Feed & Cut Aluminium Saw delivers precision, reliability, and efficiency for high-volume aluminium cutting operations. Built with a robust steel frame and rack-and-pinion drive system, it ensures consistent accuracy within ±0.2 mm, even on the heaviest profiles.

Available in 3.6 m (L4) and 6.6 m (L7) push stroke configurations, the SCM420 features both manual and automatic operation modes with preset cutting angles from 15° to 90°, left and right. The hydro-pneumatic saw feed and adjustable blade speed provide smooth, controlled cuts, while the 7” color HMI touchscreen allows intuitive control and data input.

Cutting lists can be prepared manually or transferred via SD card in CSV format.  Additional features include two-hand safety operation, metric/imperial selection, multilingual interface, and remote diagnostic support. The unit can be configured for left- or right-hand operation, making it adaptable to any workshop layout.
