Need to Cut lots of Aluminium? The SK500 Feed & Cut Saw is designed to be used for repetitious straight cutting of Aluminium/uPVC Extrusions. The SK500 is equipped with servo motors (2-axis) & a fully programmable computerised PLC unit so the feeding and cutting process is fully automatic with accuracy to 0.1mm +/-. The operator has the ability to adjust feed rate speed, cutting speed, bar length (mm), cutting height (mm), Cut length (mm) & number of cuts via the touch screen computer. The SK500 is equipped with a 4KW 415v motor & 450mm Saw blade for large cutting capacity (upto 170mm High, upto 380mm wide) and a pulse oil lubrication system to increase cut finish and blade life.
